Process Mapping (As-Is Analysis)
We run workshops with your department heads and frontline staff to document how work actually happens today — including the workarounds, spreadsheets, and manual steps that never make it into a manual.
You get: An As-Is Process Map and Pain-Point Register, organized by department.
Business Requirements Document (BRD) & Fit-Gap
We turn your As-Is findings into a prioritized To-Be requirements set, mapped conceptually against your chosen ERP platform's structure, with a clear view of what's likely out-of-the-box versus custom work.
You get: A BRD with prioritized requirements (MoSCoW), acceptance criteria, and a fit-gap appendix.
Scoping Package & POC Representation
We package everything into a vendor-ready scope document — essentially an RFP — that any implementation partner, on any platform, can quote against. On request, we continue as your independent point of contact through vendor selection and into the build phase, so your non-technical staff never has to navigate a jargon-heavy vendor conversation alone.
You get: A Scoping Package ready to send to multiple vendors, plus optional ongoing representation.
